    The New England Pest Management Association, NEPMA, is pleased to present its 2026 Fall Training—a convenient, high-quality virtual learning experience designed for pest management professionals across New England. Taking place November 3–5, this three-day program offers focused, expert-led sessions from 8 - 950am Eastern each day, allowing attendees to gain valuable insights while minimizing disruption to their work schedules. All sessions will be approved for continuing education (CE) credits in the New England states (ME, MA, NH, RI, VT)

    This year’s program covers a range of timely and essential topics for today’s pest management professionals.

    Whether you are looking to strengthen your technical knowledge or stay current with industry trends, NEPMA’s Fall Training provides practical education delivered by experienced professionals committed to advancing excellence in pest management.

    Pricing & Attendance Policy:

    • NEPMA Members: $100, Non-NEPMA Members: $125
    • The registration fee covers the 3-day training program.
    • The fee cannot be prorated for partial attendance.
    • No refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend all three days.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • On or before October 31, 2026: 90% of total registration fee.
    • Beginning November 1, 2026: No refunds due to cancellation. 

    For Group/Company Registrations:

    • You will be required to enter complete contact information for each registrant. 
    • For NH Pesticide Applicator License holders, the home address must be the address that the NH license is mailed to.
    • You will be required to enter the applicable state Pesticide Applicator License #'s for each registrant.

    NEPMA WDI Recertification 2026

    The NEPMA WDI Training and Registration Program is a specialized, industry-focused course designed for pest management professionals who conduct inspections and provide treatment recommendations for wood-destroying insects.

    This comprehensive training covers the biology, behavior, and identification of WDIs, as well as the legal responsibilities involved in performing inspections. Participants also learn how to properly complete the NPMA-33 form, a key requirement in real estate transactions.

    Professionals who successfully complete the program are added to the NEPMA WDI Registry, recognizing their expertise and commitment to maintaining high standards in WDI inspection and reporting.

    This WDI Recertification 2026 class is a half-day training designed for professionals whose WDI certification has expired or will expire in 2026.

    If you are interested in the WDI Certification training, the next class will be January 14-15, 2027.

    This interactive Core Exam Coaching Session is intended to supplement each attendees already-in-process studying. The study materials from which the state exam is based include:

    • Chapter 132B (Massachusetts Pesticide Control Act)
    • 333 CMR (Massachusetts Pesticide Regulations)
    • Massachusetts Core Supplement
    • Northeast Core Manual (Edition 3)

    The source for these study materials can be referenced at the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources' website.

    Each attendee will receive a link before the session to download and print work exercises used in the meeting.

    While our program cannot guarantee participants will pass the exam, it is intended to offer pointers and tips to help exam takers better position themselves to take the exam.

    Each attendee should be on their own dedicated desk or laptop computer with audio and video capability. (The session does not work well on cell phones or tablets).

    This interactive one day session is designed to help licensed personnel prepare for the MDAR Category 41 Certification exam. It is intended to supplement each attendees already-in-process studying.

    Registration Requirements

    • Licensed applicator for at least two years,
    • Employed in a pesticide-use related field (such as turf, ornamental, landscape or arboriculture) for two years,
    • Have a related college degree, technical training or completed a pesticide related correspondence course.

    *The state requires at least two years experience in a pesticide related field to qualify to sit for the category 41 exam.*

    Preparing for the session - Study Materials

    Approximately 1/2 of the 125 questions in the exam are based on core manual material.

    MDAR study materials include:

    • Chapter 132B (Massachusetts Pesticide Control Act)
    • 333 CMR (Massachusetts Pesticide Regulations)
    • Massachusetts Core Supplement
    • Northeast Core Manual (Edition 3)

    The remainder of the exam is based on Truman's Scientific Guide To Pest Management Operations (7th edition).

    While our program cannot guarantee participants will pass the exam, it is intended to offer pointers and tips to help exam takers better position themselves to take the exam.

    Each attendee should be on their own dedicated desk or laptop computer with audio and video capability. (The session does not work well on cell phones, tablets or individuals sharing the same computer).
