The NEPMA Board meets via Zoom monthly on the first Wednesday of the month at 3pm, September-April. All members are welcome. If you are interested in attending any of these meetings, please contact admin@nepma.org for the zoom link and preparation so that you can fully participate in the conversation. Attending these meetings is the best way to get more involved!

Bylaws & Ethics The Bylaws and Ethics Committee will hear complaints from members regarding ethics as it applies to other member companies. The committee will also ensure that NEPMA follows its Articles, Bylaws, and established Policies & Procedures. |

Education Committee The Education Committee develops the course criteria for all of the educational programs that NEPMA hosts. This committee will develop a syllabus and select speakers for each training session and ensure event promotion, registration, state credit approvals, and other meeting logistics are in place. |

Financial Review The Financial Review Committee provides examination of the income and expenses that are reported to the Board of Directors from our Management company. A review consists of an in-depth review of a month of the Association’s finances and any other items as-needed. Once a year the committee reviews the association policies and procedures related to finance. This committee is not responsible for a comprehensive financial audit. |

Membership and Sponsorship Committee The Membership and Sponsorship Committee acts as a liaison to the vendors who support our association through Allied membership, Gold & Silver Sponsorship, advertising, participating in events, and exhibiting at meetings. The committee ensures that the needs of the vendors and members are met with respect to the needs of the association. A primary function of the committee is to reach out to all new member companies with a welcome aboard greeting and benefits communication. |

New England PestVets Unit Committee New England PestVets is dedicated to ensuring Pest Management is an industry of choice for veterans in our region. Through outreach, advocacy, and support of veterans’ groups and charities, we strive to encourage veterans to pursue rewarding careers in our industry while promoting the tremendous benefits of hiring veterans to our members. |

Nominating Committee The nominating committee has duties in both filling Board position and granting Awards. For the Board, the committee will review the Bylaws annually, ensure all upcoming board positions have adequate candidates to hold an election, and advise on the election procedures. For the Awards, the Nominating Committee reviews the annual process for nominations and selections to choose a worthy candidate for association awards that occur throughout the year. Public Policy Committee The Public Policy Committee monitors local, state, and regional governmental items relating to the pest management industry. They are the liaison between NEPMA, the state, and our lobbyists. The committee is the voice of the association with regards to developing feedback, supporting or arguing against proposed legislative bills and will use supportive assets to meet our goals including the National Pest Management Association (NPMA). |
