Each year, NEPMA recognizes outstanding individuals and organizations whose contributions strengthen our industry and association through the following awards and scholarship:
Bartlett W. Eldredge Award

The Bartlett W. Eldredge Award recognizes an individual whose long-term dedication, leadership, professionalism, and service have made a meaningful and lasting contribution to the pest management industry in New England.Professional Women in Pest Management - Women of Excellence AwardNEPMA Women of Excellence Nomination Form
This regional honor is open to women working throughout the pest management industry, including pest management professionals, manufacturers, researchers, educators, and other industry partners. Nominees must live and/or work in at least one of the following New England states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont. Individuals may be nominated by more than one person. You may also nominate more than one candidate; however, please submit a separate nomination form for each nominee. The award recipient will receive:
Judging process The selection process is double-blind. All nominations are removed of identifying details—including the nominee’s name, location, and company affiliation—before being provided to the judges for review. Judges evaluate nominations using the following weighted criteria:

Nominees should be affiliated with a NEPMA member company. This award honors pest management professionals whose leadership, dedication, and accomplishments have made a meaningful impact on their company, the industry, and the communities they serve. This award recognizes an individual who has made outstanding contributions to the pest management industry through exceptional job performance, service to their company, community involvement, industry service, technician training, or other notable achievements.Vendor of the Year AwardNominate a deserving candidate today!
Nominees should be affiliated with a NEPMA Allied Member company and serve pest management professionals within the New England region. This award recognizes individuals who are well known and respected by NEPMA members for their service, industry involvement, product knowledge, support, and dedication to advancing the profession. Individuals may be nominated by more than one person. You may also nominate more than one candidate; however, please submit a separate nomination form for each nominee. The award recipient will receive:
Judging process Unlike certain other NEPMA awards, the Vendor of the Year Award selection process is not double-blind. Because the nominee’s relationship with NEPMA member companies, industry presence, and service area are relevant to the selection, the NEPMA Board of Directors reviews and scores the nominations and selects the recipient. Board members evaluate nominations using the following weighted criteria:

This award recognizes an outstanding vendor representative or industry partner who has supported NEPMA member companies, contributed to their growth and success, and demonstrated a strong commitment to the Association and the pest management industry.NEPMA Mark Weintraub ScholarshipNEPMA Mark Weintraub Scholarship Application
Established in 1994, the scholarship was initiated and first funded by Rod Kreimeyer. Rod named the scholarship in honor of Mark Weintraub of Astor Terminix, a founding member of NEPMA as well as Rod’s employer and mentor. The scholarship continues to recognize students with a meaningful connection to the pest management industry and a strong vision for their future. Applicants must be NEPMA members in good standing, employees of NEPMA member companies, or immediate family members of eligible employees. Eligible employees must currently work in the pest management industry and reside in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont. The scholarship recipient will receive:

The NEPMA Mark Weintraub Scholarship is presented during Spring Training in March. The $3,000 scholarship check is issued directly to the recipient’s school during the spring semester. Past Recipients
