On December 8, 2021 at the Annual Membership Meeting taking place at the Crowne Plaza Woburn at 7pm, there will be a vote to amend the current NEPMA Bylaws.
The proposed version was developed by the NEPMA Bylaws & Ethics Committee and reviewed by legal counsel. The NEPMA Board passed a motion to accept these proposed changes on January 6, 2021. The process to update the Bylaws was started in order to clarify the Affiliate Membership category, minimize the risks of having a code of ethics, move items like dues calculation from the Bylaws to Policies & Procedures, and aligning with association bylaws best practices.
